Bitten by a Snake - Dream Interpretation - Tier 1
Updated: Apr 24, 2022
Anna's Dream - I dreamt my daughter was bitten by a snake.
If you were an Ancient Egyptian, you would be very excited about having this dream! The serpent, being the symbol of knowledge and wisdom of the ages, biting your child would symbolize that she will do great things in the field of science and or spirituality as an endowing of knowledge would take place in the action of biting.
But from a more modern persons perspective, this dream can seem quite frightening. There are two perspectives. One being a positive one i.e., that of a pet snake or a non-hostile wild snake and the action of biting. Or the event can be seen a negative one, depending on the reaction of the persons involved. You have not given any indication as to what the feeling was during this event.
More details are needed to understand more of what the subconscious mind could be saying. If you are interested in further discussing this dream, please answer the following questions.
What are the feelings towards the event. Positive or negative?
Describe the snake in detail. Ordinary snake or extraordinary? Wild or tame?
Describe any events leading up to the snake bite? What transpired afterwards?
Significant colours? Day or night? At home or outside?
If the dream has really concerned you, please advise and we at the temple can email you a small ritual or prayer for you to recite to help allay any concerns that may still be bothering you.
Thank you for sharing your dream.
